Reservations are required to be paid in full at the time of booking.

A $10.00 fee will be charged for each requested change to a reservation. The charge will be assessed on a per site per charge basis.

If a cancellation is received within 21 days prior to reservation start date, a full refund will be given less a $25.00 processing fee (per site) or we will issue a Rain Check less a $10.00 change fee (per site).

If a cancellation is received 20-8 days prior to reservation start date, a Rain Check will be issued less a $10 cancellation fee (per site).

Cancellations received 7 days prior to reservation start date will receive NO refund OR Rain Check. Changes are not permitted within this 7 day window.

Rain Check Rules:

  • Rain Checks are valid for 12 months from the cancellation date.
  • Re-booking is subject to availability.
  • May only be used once.
  • Non-transferable.
  • No Black Out dates
